I’m a manufacturing engineer with over 10 years of experience creating plant layouts and organizing material flow. In the course of my work, I have used many different types of warehouse racking, from basic pallet racks to push back and drive through racks.
Manufacturing is a highly competitive business, especially in North America. Everyone is trying to squeeze more into less real estate to save money. I’m constantly researching more efficient ways to store material and make optimal use of space.
This website is my attempt to summarize my findings. I am attempting to provide as much information as possible about different warehouse storage solutions. This little project helps me to formalize and store everything in one place for easy reference. I also hope it provides some benefit to anyone else who’s searching for similar information.

Do you sell the warehouse racks? I have 26 complete pallet racks that I need to get rid of, and am looking for a place to sell them. If you do not sell them, can you connect me with anyone that would?
Hi Julia! I don’t actually sell warehouse racking. This site is basically a compilation of my knowledge on the subject.
Pallet racks are pretty much a commodity and there should be someone in your area that would be willing to buy. You could check the yellow pages, or a google search specific to your town might pull up some information. Used pallet racks are constantly being bought and sold. If you can’t find a distributor in your area, you could try listing them on kijiji or craigslist.
